Dashboard Overview
After your instance is provisioned, the dashboard is your central hub for managing your AI agent. This page walks you through each section so you know where to find everything.
Dashboard Sections
The left sidebar contains three main sections:
Overview
The Overview page is your landing page after login. It shows:
- Instance status — Whether your agent is running, starting, or stopped.
- Quick stats — Uptime, message count, and resource usage at a glance.
- Recent activity — A timeline of recent events like channel connections, restarts, and configuration changes.
This is the best place to check if everything is working at a glance.
Instance
The Instance page is where you configure and interact with your agent. It contains several tabs:
- Integrations — Connect your AI provider (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Gemini CLI). This is where you enter API keys or complete OAuth flows.
- Channels — Link messaging platforms to your agent. Each channel shows its connection status and has a connect/disconnect button.
- Logs — View real-time logs from your agent instance. Useful for debugging connection issues or monitoring agent behavior.
- Web Terminal — A browser-based terminal that gives you direct shell access to your instance. Use this for advanced configuration, running OpenClaw CLI commands, or inspecting files.
Start with Integrations
Your agent can't respond to messages until at least one AI provider is connected. Head to the Integrations tab first.
Billing
The Billing page lets you manage your subscription:
- Current plan — See which plan you're on and when it renews.
- Change plan — Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
- Payment method — Update your card or payment details via the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancel subscription — Cancel your plan. Your instance remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Top Navigation
The top bar shows:
- Your instance subdomain — The URL where your agent's web UI is accessible (e.g.,
yourname.openclawhost.co). - Settings — Account settings like email and password.
- Sign out — Log out of the dashboard.
